The strips of the mesh gratings are welded both from above and below so that tilting of the strips is prevented

Mesh gratings are used as standard. However, each of the grating types that are detailed in the chapter "Stainless steel gratings" can be used.
 
 
Possibilities and options  


QUALITY: AISI 316, STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTION
The drain channels are standard made of stainless steel of 18/8 Cr / Ni (AISI 304) quality. But if desired, they can be produced entirely from stainless steel quality AISI 316.

PRODUCTION IN SPECIAL SIZES
Although there are more than 100 standard sizes in the production program, special sizes can be produced if desired.

LENGTH AND DIAMETER OF THE OUTLET
The length and diameter of the standard outlet is stated in the chapter "CAD drawing". Upon request, this can be altered to the required length and diameter.

EXTRA OUTLETS
In cases when there is only one drainpipe to the sewerage, it is possible to create several outlets to the drain channel. In this case the discharge of for instance a sink can be connected to the drain channel.

PRODUCTION WITHOUT WATERLOCK
All drain channels are produced with waterlock as standard. But in situations where the installation height does not allow that, or one does not wish to apply a waterlock, the drain channel can be produced without one.

OUTLET IN ANOTHER DIRECTION
The standard outlet directions are listed in the chapter "CAD drawing". However, if desired, the outlet can be fitted in another direction then that indicated on the technical drawings.

FILLING MATERIAL FOR SURFACE REINFORCEMENT
To make it even easier to assemble and reinforce the load-bearing capacity of the upper profile, a stainless steel filler profile can be used.
